Darren qualified in 2003 and worked at 2 other firms before moving to Berkson family law, almost exclusively in family law, having also done some work in education law.  He has a particular interest in children work, especially representing children in care proceedings but also has experience in all other aspects of family law (divorce, finances, domestic violence).

Erin joined Berkson Family Law with a strong background in family law. Erin has developed a particular interest in Children Law, and enjoys dealing with several aspects of both public and private family law including Care Proceedings, Pre-Proceedings, Local Authority Involvement, and Child Arrangements. Erin aspires to become a member of the Law Society Children Panel.

Megan completed her LLB at Liverpool John Moores and is currently completing her LPC part time at the same university. She has a keen interest in public law.
