Darren qualified in 2003 and worked at 2 other firms before moving to Berkson family law, almost exclusively in family law, having also done some work in education law. He has a particular interest in children work, especially representing children in care proceedings but also has experience in all other aspects of family law (divorce, finances, domestic violence).

Darren became a member of Berkson Family Law in March 2023 and achieved his qualification as a solicitor in November 2024.
