An experienced practitioner for more than 30 years, Charles is the managing director of the practice, devoting himself to the smooth running of the practice and its clients.

Adele Schofield is an experienced Children Law solicitor having been on the Law Society’s Children Panel for over 20 years. She has a firm, but fair approach to her cases and provides the necessary reassurance that her years of practice can bring to a case.

Hazel is a senior Family Law Practitioner and has joined us from heading up another Family Department in the City. She has joined us as a senior team member. She specialises in serious in Public Law Children Act matters in which she represents children. She has been qualified for more than 15 years and is a member of The Law Society Children Panel.

Carole joined Berkson Family Law in 2017 as Practice Manager, becoming Practice Director in 2022. Carole has worked within in law since 2005 and brings a range of skills to assist in managing the Practice
